The Renault Arkana ranks #27 over the period.
A new Top 135 Passenger Cars ranking is now available for Russia for the January-April 2020 period, giving us a much better look at this market than our monthly Top 25. And there’s a lot happening just outside the familiar group of models: the Renault Arkana points its bonnet at #27 while the Skoda Karoq makes its first appearance in a Russian YTD ranking, directly inside the Top 40 at #39, just as it broke into the monthly Top 15 for the first time in April. The Haval F7 (#40) instantly becomes the best-selling Chinese nameplate in China and the only one inside the Top 40, toppling the Geely Atlas (#43), while the Haval H6 (#57) is down 10 spots on its FY2019 ranking, the Chery Tiggo 4 (#61) is up 29 and the Changan CS35 (#62) breaks into the Top 100. Among recent launches, notice also the Kia Seltos (#46), BMW X7 (#49), Changan CS55 (#121), Chery Tiggo 8 (#130) and Geely Coolray (#136).
