The Kia Cee’d is the most popular vehicle in Cyprus for the 2nd time in the past 3 months.
According to our local partners SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT, the Cypriot new car market edges up 3.2% year-on-year in June to 1.183 registrations, yet the year-to-date tally remains frankly in negative territory at -14.1% to 6.541 units. The Kia Cee’d (+264.7%) spectacularly takes the lead of the models ranking for the 2nd time in the past 3 months and steps up to #2 year-to-date, meaning Kia monopolises the Top 2 spots with the Stonic (+100%) holding onto the pole position despite falling to #13 in June. The Top 6 models all post outstanding gains: the Cee’d is followed by the Toyota Yaris (+65.6%), Nissan Qashqai (+18.6%), Jeep Renegade (+56.2%), VW T-Roc (+75%) and Renault Captur (+566.7%).
