New car sales in Hong Kong are up 7% year-on-year to 4,410 registrations, and if Toyota dominates the brand ranking as always with 21.3% share, Mercedes is particularly strong this month at 13.8%, placing the C-Class at #4, the E-Class at #6 and the GLA at an excellent 9th place, making Hong Kong the 2nd market in the world to welcome the GLA inside its monthly Top 10 after Switzerland. The Toyota Hiace and Crown LPG taxi dominate the sales charts, the VW Golf lodges a winning third position overall and the Toyota Prius is up to an unusual #13.
