As is the tradition on BSCB, we are following the evolution of pick-up sales in Thailand, where they are all manufactured. And this month the Isuzu D-Max really impresses: one year after the launch of the 2012 model, it sells 19,234 units for a 35.9% market share vs. 19,617 and 36.6% for the Toyota Hilux. This is the closest the D-Max has come from pole position so far this year. These market shares are to be compared with 39.9% and 31.7% year-to-date for the Hilux and D-Max respectively. The Mitsubishi Triton regains some ground at 10.1% share thanks to 5,421 sales while the Chevrolet Colorado is back in 4th place at 2,986 units.
