Thailand Pick-ups October 2012: Toyota Hilux still above the pack

Pick-up sales in Thailand for October are now in, and it’s always interesting to see how they fare at home where they are all manufactured. The Toyota Hilux improves on an already outstanding month of September to 43.2% share thanks to 23,783 sales vs. 40.3% year-to-date while the Isuzu D-Max also betters its September score to 31.7% and 17,424 units vs. 31.2% year-to-date. The Mitsubishi Triton stays third but is down to 8.6% vs. 10.2% YTD and the Mazda BT-50 continues to impress at #4 with 3,115 sales and 5.7% vs. 4.8% YTD.

America pick up as in the F-150 series? The F-150 series is not offered for sale in Thailand. What they have are sub-compacts pick ups. Hilux is best selling, probably due to its history and proven track record.
Everybody in the world think pick up car of America is number one why thailand Hilux is number one??? I think Ranger anh Colorado is better than Hilux, Isuzu D- Max. American pick up car is number one in the world.
