Finland June 2011: VW Golf and Skoda Octavia fight it out
VW Golf
The Finnish new car market is down 8% in June at 10,995 registrations, however the 2011 half-year figure is still up 15% at 70,438 units. It is a pretty uneventful month as far as the models ranking is concerned, with the podium unchanged on May. The VW Golf is leading the pack with 516 sales, only 3 units above the Skoda Octavia, both at 4.7% share.
The Ford Focus stays solid in 3rd place at 480 units, level with the VW Passat up two spots. The Nissan Qashqai is down 1 spot to #5, ahead of the Kia Ceed (+2) and Opel Astra (-2). The Toyota Auris is back in the Top 10 at #10 (+7).
