The Fiat Punto/Grande Punto leads the way again at 224,722 sales and 9%, however a Bestsellingcars estimated split puts the Grande Punto #2 overall with 166,840 units and 6.6% (stable year-on-year) and the Punto at 56,275 units and 2.2% (-10%).

Fiat Panda

The Fiat Panda keeps getting better year after year at +14% and 169,130 sales or 6.7% share. It delivers its best ever figures in March with 20,593 units and an impressive 7.9% market share. Bestsellingcars estimates even put the Panda #1 ahead of the Grande Punto for 6 months out of 12.

Fiat Bravo

Two major launches for Fiat this year: the Fiat Bravo replaces the Stilo and shines in its first few months, reaching what would end up being its best month ever as early as April in 5th place with 5,394 sales and 2.6%. It slows down straight after and finishes the year at #14 with 40,644 units and 1.6%.

Fiat 500

Third year in a row in 3rd position for the Ford Fiesta, improving its sales by 22% year-on-year at 94,220 units and 3.8%. It is stuck to #3 all year before the arrival of the Fiat 500. The Toyota Yaris stays #4, up 12% at 2.9% share, peaking at a fantastic 2nd spot and 5.5% in December. Thanks to the new generation now at full speed, the Opel Corsa is up 8 spots and 92% to #5 with 70,795 sales.

New entrant in the Top 10, the Peugeot 207 is #8 for its first full year of sales at 53,802 units.
