Romania May 2006: Logan reaches best-ever share at 44%
The launch of diesel versions in September 2005 enables the Dacia Logan to reach even higher ground in its native market with a 44% share in May. It is at 42.4% over the first 6 months of the year, slightly below the 43.2% reached in the first 6 months of 2005. These 2005-2006 levels would end up being the highest shares the Logan would reach in Romania.
Below, the Skoda Octavia gains 36% to deliver a very solid 5% share over the period, ahead of the Renault Clio at 4.7% and the Daewoo Matiz at an estimated 4.1%.
