The Kia Ceed is the best-selling vehicle in Cyprus in July.
According to data shared by our local partners SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT, new car sales in Cyprus edge down -6.1% year-on-year in July to 1,117 units, leading to a year-to-date tally up 3.8% to 7,250. This month the Kia Ceed (+385.7%) dominates the charts head and shoulders with 9.1% share, while the #1 year-to-date, the Toyota Yaris (+166.7%) also displays insolent gains in 2nd place for the month. The Kia Sportage (-7.7%) is down year-on-year but up six spots on June to #3, distancing the Kia Picanto (+121.7%) and VW T-Roc (-34.7%) which stays #2 YTD. The Kia Stonic (+44%) is also up significantly at #6 while the Mini invites itself inside the Top 10 and cracks the YTD Top 30 at #22.
