Russia October 2015: Now with Top 310 All-models (BSCB Exclusive)

As is now the tradition on BSCB we can share with you a complete models ranking for Russia including light commercials. The GAZ Gazelle (#5) and valiant UAZ Bukhanka (#17) are now included in the Top 25 while the Toyota Prado (#26) and Ford Focus (#27) are dropped. The Ford Fiesta continues its ascent, up another two ranks to #31, the Lifan X50 (#35) distances itself from the Geely Emgrand 7 (#41) for the title of best-selling Chinese nameplate in Russia but the smaller Lifan X50 (pictured below) is catching up: from #110 in September to #45, edging past the Geely Emgrand X7.

In times of crisis the luxury brands are traditionally less affected as the well-to-do can still afford them. Case in point this month: both new Mercedes SUVs are within the Top 60 only a couple of months into their career: the GLE is up a further 10 spots on an adjusted September sales figure to #39 and the GLC is up 36 ranks to #59. Notice also the Chevrolet Tracker up 31 spots to #91, the Jaguar XE up 17 to #166 and the Jeep Renegade landing at #191 for its first month in market.
