The Austrian new car market is down 5% year-on-year in 2013 to 319,035 registrations, and the best performance of the year is to be found in the brands ranking: below perennial leader Volkswagen down 6% to 57,758 sales and 18.1% share, Hyundai is up 3 spots and 9% to land in a fantastic 2nd place at 21,103 units and 6.6%, passing Skoda (-3%), Ford (-9%) and Audi (-7%).
