As is the tradition on BestSellingCarsBlog, every Quarter I offer you an All-models ranking for the UK, which I have to say is a breath of fresh air for me also, in a market that usually only disclose a monthly Top 10. So let’s get right into it and go well beyond the familiar Top 10 to notice the Land Rover Freelander up to a brilliant #25 with 5,850 sales and 1.5% to be compared to #57 over the FY2012, the Honda Civic up to #30 (vs. #42), Toyota Auris up to #38 (vs. #76), Ford B-Max up to #40 (vs. #121), the Vauxhall Mokka landing at #44 with 4,501 units and 1.1% for its first full Quarter in market, Suzuki Alto up to #45 (#95) and Jaguar XF up to #46 (#55).
Beyond the Top 50, let’s salute the Range Rover starting to see the effects of its new generation, up to #78 with 2,254 sales vs. #113 in 2012, the Skoda Rapid crawling its way inside the Top 100 (just) at #99 with 1,459 units, the Vauxhall Adam at #120, Mitsubishi Mirage at #131 and Fiat 500L at #138. But the big event is the arrival of the two Dacia models launched in January: the Duster ranks directly #110 at 1,237 units (in-between the Toyota Prius and Volvo V60) and the Sandero is #134 with 741 sales, behind the Audi A7 and above the Peugeot RCZ. A solid start for the low-cost brand in the UK.
Further down, the Seat Toledo progressively makes its way up the ladder, now #161 vs. #187 in Q4 2012, the Mini Paceman makes its first appearance in the ranking at #188, as do the Mercedes Citan at #257, Vauxhall Cascada at #265, Ferrari F12 at #293 and the Mercedes CLA-Class at #294…
