Finland October 2010: Toyota Avensis at a strong 3rd place

Like its Scandinavian neighbours, the Finnish car market is doing really well in 2010, growing 26% in October and 22% year-to-date.

And like in Norway, the VW Golf is ahead, but with a smaller margin over the #2 car. In October it captures 5% of the market, with the Nissan Qashqai in second at 4.5%, and in the year-to-date rankings the Golf is at 5.8% ahead of the Skoda Octavia at 5.1%.

In both rankings, the Toyota Avensis is 3rd at 4.5%, which is its strongest performance anywhere in the world.
