    @Josh
    You´ve got the point Josh! VW owns China, south Africa, Austria, Switzerland, Namibia… the marque has shares there and is political established.

    you are little bit wrong with Audi sales , Audi China sold 8.564 A4, 9.371 A6, 7.480 Q5 these sales are reported by Audi China. and also 2.032 Q7′s sold in February

      Hi Sandeep,
      Remember my ranking does not include imports. As far as I know Audi doesn’t manufacture the Q5 or Q7 in China and therefore they don’t appear in the ranking here.
      cheers
      Matt

    Mmm… 4 VW’s in the top 6. So does that mean that VW owns China as well?
