Romania November 2011: 3 Dacias in Top 5

Romanian car sales are down 10% both in November at 10,279 registrations and year-to-date at 73,988 units. For only the third time in the last decade, there are 3 Dacias in the Top 5 this month: the Logan enjoys its 87th month in a row in pole position with 2,247 sales and 21.9% share, the Duster is #2 for only the third time ever in Romania at 674 units and 6.6%, and the Sandero reaches its highest position in the country since January at #5 with 316 sales and 3.1%.

The Skoda Octavia is robust in 3rd place at 643 units and 6.3%, followed by the Renault Symbol in great shape with 448 sales and 4.4%, while the Toyota Yaris new generation continues to impress at #6 with 286 sales and 2.8%. Other great performers this month include the Fiat Punto up 31 spots on October to #23 and the Toyota Avensis up 17 ranks to #30.
