Albania September 2026: MG 5 and Aion i60 impress in market up 24.4%

The MG 5 is up to 2nd place in Albania in September.

Thanks to our local partner CE Auto we can share with you today exclusive data for Albania. September sales are up 24.4% year-on-year to 917 units, leading to a year-to-date tally up a huge 82.1% to 10,123. The BYD Sealion 7 (+159%) is back to the top spot it holds year-to-date with 11% share vs. 14.3% so far this year. The MG 5 surges to 2nd place with 8.3% of the market for what is believed to be the nameplate’s first Albanian Top 10 finish. The BYD Yuan Plus (-6.3%) ranks #3 ahead of the Aion i60, Changan Q05 and BYD Sealion 06.
