UK nations October 2024: First Top 10 finish for the Skoda Enyaq

The Skoda Enyaq ranks #7 in Northern Ireland this month.

Thanks to SMMT we can share with you the Top 10 best-sellers for each UK nation in October. Keep in mind this is a zoom in by nation, all sales figures are already included in the October 2024 UK update. This month Northern Ireland resists best at -2.3% to 3,732 sales, followed by Wales (-3.7%), Scotland (-6%) and England (-6.3%). Year-to-date, Northern Ireland also fares the best at +7.4% to 42,929 units, with Scotland (+4.6% to 145,516), England (+3.1% to 1,408,986) and Wales (+2.6% to 58,227).

Podium finishers are as follows: The Kia Sportage is #1 in England, Northern Ireland with 7.1% share and Wales and #2 in Scotland, the Vauxhall Corsa is #1 in Scotland, the Ford Puma #2 in England, Northern Ireland and Wales, the Mini #3 in England, the Hyundai Tucson #3 in Northern Ireland, the Volvo XC40 #3 in Scotland, #4 in Wales and #5 in England and the Toyota Yaris #3 in Wales, #8 in England and #9 in Northern Ireland.

Other great performers include the Ford Kuga #4 in England and #5 in Northern Ireland, MG HS #4 in Northern Ireland, Peugeot 208 #5 in Scotland, Peugeot 3008 at #6 in Wales, Skoda Enyaq #7 in Northern Ireland for its first Top 10 finish in any UK nation and Skoda Kamiq #10 in Scotland for its first Top 10 finish there.
