Cyprus August 2019: Toyota RAV4 up to #3, 10 SUVs in Top 12 in market down -7.5%

The Toyota RAV4 climbs on the Cyprus podium in August.

Thanks to our partnership with SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT we can share with you today August sales figures for Cyprus. Volumes are down -7.5% year-on-year to 639 units, leading to a year-to-date tally down -10.3% to 8.472. This month the Toyota Yaris (-17.1%) and Nissan Qashqai (+13.3%) are equal #1, distancing the Toyota RAV4 (+244.4%), Hyundai Tucson (+109.1%), Kia Stonic (+600%) and Sportage (+950%). In fact there are 10 SUVs in the August Top 12, with the Toyota C-HR, Renault Captur, VW T-Roc, Nissan Juke  and VW Tiguan also selling strongly this month.
