Latvia April 2019: Toyota RAV4 snaps 2nd lead in past 3 months, sales up 12.2%

The Toyota RAV4 is the most popular model in Latvia this month.

Thanks to our partner JATO Dynamics we can share with you today April data for Latvia, a market surging up 12.2% year-on-year to 1.644 registrations, which brings the year-to-date tally up 8.1% to 6.105. Like in neighbouring Estonia and thanks to the new generation, the Toyota RAV4 (+67.9%) tops the charts for the 2nd time in the past 3 months, outselling the Nissan Qashqai (-18.1%), Toyota Corolla (+469.2%) in full bloom and the VW Golf (-14.3%). The VW Tiguan (+53.8%) is down one spot on March to #5 but remains the year-to-date leader, a mere 4 sales above the Golf and 17 above the RAV4.
