Cyprus January 2019: Toyota C-HR leads, Kia Stonic #3 in market down 16.2%

The Kia Stonic is #3 in Cyprus in January.

Thanks to our partnership with SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT, we can share with you today January figures for Cyprus, a market down a steep 16.2% year-on-year in January to 1.005 registrations. The Toyota C-HR (-23.8%) is the best-selling vehicle in the country for the second consecutive month and the third time ever (add July 2017) despite a painful fall, it shares the title with the Hyundai Tucson (-9.4%) which also holds 4.8% of the market. The Kia Sportage (-2.3%) and Stonic (+1300%) are equal #3, while the 2018 leader the Toyota Yaris (-47.9%) is down to #5. The Hyundai Kona makes its first appearance in the Cyprus Top 30 directly at #14 and the Volvo XC40 is down 10 spots on December to #22.
