Serbia April 2017: Fiat and 500L dominate
The Fiat 500L is once again the best-seller in Serbia.

According to our Central European data partner CE Auto, 3.226 new cars found a buyer in Serbia in April 2017 (+7%) and 10.127 year-to-date (+14%). Vrele Gume has these figures at 3.488 and 9.229 respectively. In the brands ranking Fiat (-5%) and Skoda (-8%) both lose ground but remain in the lead while Volkswagen (+57%) and Ford (+88%) shoot up in third and fourth places respectively. Inside the Top 10, Toyota (+45%) and Kia (+70%) impress while outside it’s Audi (+35%), Citroen (+35%), BMW (+28%) and Land Rover (+317%). Model-wise, the locally-produced Fiat 500L is once again the most popular nameplate in the country despite sales down 21%, distancing the Dacia Sandero (+12%), Skoda Octavia (+9%) and Fabia (+27%). The Skoda Superb (+42%) and Hyundai Tucson (+34%) also lodge fantastic gains.
