New vehicle sales in Hong Kong are up 4% year-on-year in May to 4.300 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 22.680 units, up 9% on 2014. Toyota continues to dominate the brands ranking head and shoulders at 1.077 deliveries and 25%, monopolising the models podium with the Hiace (6.4%), Crown (5.7%) and Alphard (4.4%) in the lead. The Japanese manufacturer distances Mercedes (13.3%) placing the C-Class at #4 and the CLA at #6, BMW (10.8%) placing the 3 Series at #5 and the X5 at #8, Isuzu (6.8%) and Volkswagen (5.5%). Notice also the Lexus NX at #14, Honda Odyssey at #17 and BMW i3 at #29.
