China LCV November 2014: Wuling leads struggling segment

According to data published by LMC Automotive, sales of Light Commercial Vehicles in China are down an estimated 15% year-on-year to 393,582 units, bringing the year-to-date total to 4,440,284 deliveries and despite the fact that LMC counts the Wuling Hongguang and Chana Honor as LCVs – they have been removed from the ranking below. This month the Wuling Rongguang steers safely away from its pickup variant the Wuling Mini Truck, with the two models leading the ranking at 22,680 and 19,300 sales respectively. The Foton Forland, Jinbei Light Truck and JMC Light Truck all improve their score vs. October whereas the Wuling Sunshine, once ultra-dominant in the segment, sinks further down to #6 and just 12,603 sales.
