China October 2013: Now with Top 65 All-brands ranking!

The Jade helped Honda pass Toyota in China this month.

Quick update to share with you an All-brands ranking for China in October. Keep in mind this is for locally-produced models only and excludes LCVs. Volkswagen continues to sell almost 3 times as much as any other brand with 214,215 units sold this month. Nissan passes Hyundai to rank #2 in October thanks to 81,862 sales vs. 80,038 while Honda is now #4 above Toyota at 73,984 units vs. 72,406 thanks to the success of its recently launched models: CRider and Jade. Ford and Buick remain extremely solid at #6 and #7 both around 70,000 sales, Emgrand is up 4 spots on September to #22, JAC up 6 to #26 and Venucia up 5 to #34.
