Malaysia March 2013: Market back up 8%

Still no detailed data by brand or models available for Malaysia, only the total sales figure for the month of March. After dropping by 18% in February, Malaysian new car sales are back up 8% year-on-year in March to 57,622 registrations. This brings the year-to-date total to 157,664 units, up 14% on 2012 and therefore technically still on track for a 2nd consecutive all-time record year in 2013… The March figure was split between 50,562 passenger cars and 7,060 commercial vehicles including Pick-ups.
