Turkey Full Year 2010: Symbol, Accent and Fluence on podium

No less than 99,461 cars were sold in December in Turkey, by far 2010’s best month, bringing the 2010 total to 509,784 units, up 38% on 2009. The Renault Symbol is the best selling passenger car in the country with 28,667 sales and 5.6% share, ahead of the Hyundai Accent Era at 27,386 sales (5.4%) and the Renault Fluence at 24,838 (4.9%). The Accent was only 5th in December whereas the Fluence was up to 2nd.

The Toyota Corolla and Ford Fiesta are also above 20,000 units over the year, whereas the Fiat Punto Evo (8th), Toyota Auris (13th) and Chevrolet Cruze (14th) are very solid in December. December and Full Year 2010 Top 30 below.
