Greece November 2010: Corsa #1
The Greek car market is falling further into recession, down 63% year-on-year in November. The Year-to-date figure is down 35%.
Traditionally very volatile, the Greek models ranking is led this month by the Opel Corsa at a very impressive 7.4% market share, followed by the Ford Fiesta (5.2%) and the Opel Astra (4.8%).
Year-to-date, the Toyota Yaris is still ahead at 4.1% but is threatened by the Ford Fiesta (also 4.1%), with the Corsa coming in 3rd (3.8%).
Other strong performers this month include the Smart Fortwo (#10), Alfa Romeo Giulietta (#16), Ford Ka (#17) and BMW 1 Series (#19). For its 2nd month of sales, the Nissan Juke is already 28th (1.1%), just ahead of the Qashqai…
