Norway October 2010

The Norwegian car market is on the up in 2010 with 10,683 registrations in October (+5%) and 105,710 sales over 10 months (+34%).

The VW Golf “owns” Norway with close to 7% market share in October and 6.4% year-to-date, nearly double the #2, the Volvo V70 which, thanks to a very satisfying 3.7% market share in October, passes the Toyota Avensis in the year-to-date rankings. The Nissan Qashqai also handles well with 2.9% in October (3rd) and 3.2% year-to-date (4th).
