Israel November 2017: Kia leads, Skoda up 40% to #3

Thanks to our partnership with cartube.co.il we can share with you today Israeli brands data for November. The total market is back to a harsh 15.1% year-on-year drop to just 17.788 registrations, pulling the year-to-date tally down 1.4% to 275.765 units. Kia posts a fourth consecutive month atop the Israeli brands ranking with sales down 14% to 13.3% share, a far cry from Toyota down 23% to 10.1%. Yet this is still not enough to dislodge the year-to-date leader, sister brand Hyundai down 30% to just 8.5% this month but accounting for 13.2% of the YTD market vs. 12.8% for Kia. Skoda surges 40% to climb onto the podium in third place with 8.9% share. Renault (+8%) and Seat (+4%) are the only two other carmakers in positive in the Top 10, with Nissan (-16%), Suzuki (-22%), Volkswagen (-31%) and Mitsubishi (-59%) all falling heavily. Further down, notice Chevrolet up 10%, Volvo up 20%, Audi up 27%, Mercedes up 30%, Fiat up 37%, Infiniti up 40%, Alfa Romeo up 90%, BMW up 92% and Jeep up 305%.
