Pakistan September 2015: Suzuki Bolan stuck at highest ever share

Sales of locally-assembled cars in Pakistan are up a splendid 45% year-on-year in September to 18.424 units, lifting the year-to-date total to 167.339 sales, up 56% on 2014. The Toyota Corolla remains the most popular nameplate in the country but loses share with sales up ‘just’ 7% to 4.672. The Suzuki Bolan is stuck at its highest-ever market share (18.9%) thanks to sales up a mammoth 218% on September 2014 to 3.487. The Suzuki Mehran edges past the Ravi for just one unit at 2.860 (+17%) vs. 2.859 (+147%) while the Suzuki Wagon R surges 138% to 7th place.
