Once again the Finnish new car market suffers from the after-effects of the tax hike that occurred on April 1 and forwarded thousands of sales into March, with July sales down 25% year-on-year to 6,290 registrations and bringing the year-to-date total to 72,375 units, down 8% on 2011.
