Is it the end of the tunnel for the Spanish car market? In January, new car sales are up 2% year-on-year to 55,029 registrations, however still the second worst January figure in 16 years… For only the second time after December 2010, the Nissan Qashqai is the best-selling car in Spain this month with 2,232 sales and 4.1% market share, its highest ever and the first time it goes over 4%. Interesting performance by a number of French models (C4, 307).
Also a dozen of underperformers (DS4(!!), Polo, Ibiza, Twingo, Leon)
