Taiwan November 2011: Toyota Corolla and Lexus CT shine

Car sales continue on their strong run in Taiwan with 32,445 registrations in November. The Toyota Corolla delivers one of its best months ever in the country, if not the best, at a massive 14.2% market share thanks to 4,621 sales. It is at 10.1% year-to-date at 34,918 units.
In fact Toyota places 6 models in the Taiwanese Top 8 this month, with the Yaris also in excellent form at #2 with 1,911 sales and 5.9%, its strongest market share so far this year. The Nissan Tiida stays put at #3 with 4.8%, followed by the Toyota Wish and Nissan Livina.
Ford i-Max
Further down the ranking, notice the excellent performance of the Lexus CT, up 8 spots on October to a best-ever 16th place with 480 sales and 1.5% share. The Ford i-Max, exclusive to Taiwan, makes a rare appearance in the Top 30 at #30 with 257 sales and 0.8%.
