Cyprus 2007-2010: Ford Focus possible leader
The Cypriot car market is one of the smallest in Europe, with 1,415 sales in September 2010 (+21%) and 10,730 registrations over 9 months (-10%).
Statistics by model are not readily available and the latest info I managed to get dates back to 2007. The Ford Focus was #1 then ahead of the Renault Megane.

Thanks for this very informative website.
For many countries, the method used to gather data seems to be educated guesses or looking through youtube. May I suggest another approach for these countries – check models available in rental car agencies. This may not work for 3rd world countries, but for Cyprus and other similar developed countries I think it may be worth a go. Thanks, P
