Sweden 1970: Volvo 142/144 at 18.9% market share

In 1970 the Volvo 142/144 manages to hold close to 19% share of the Swedish market, or more than double the score of the #2, the Saab Sedan V4 (96) at 8.4%.
It’s a 100% Swedish podium this year with the Saab 99 climbing onto the third step with 6.2% share, just above the VW 1300/1500. Counted separately, the Volvo 145 station wagon ranks #6 overall.
