The goal is not to predict every failure. It is to notice problems before a small issue has the opportunity to become a much larger one.

Small Parts Can Create Big Problems

Lift equipment depends on multiple systems working together. Hydraulics provide movement, electrical components control operation, batteries or engines supply power, and structural and safety components help the machine perform as intended.

A problem in one area can therefore affect much more than one function.

A damaged hose may lead to a hydraulic leak. A deteriorating battery can interfere with reliable operation. Worn switches, wiring, connectors, or controls can create intermittent problems that are particularly frustrating to diagnose.
