Kenya Full Year 2025: Toyota Hiace catches up on Isuzu D-Max

6,003 new light vehicles hit Kenyan roads in 2025, a sturdy 8.8% year-on-year improvement. The Isuzu D-Max (+7.5%) holds onto the pole position at 21.1% share but the Toyota Hiace (+65.2%) is catching up fast at 19.6% of the market vs. 12.9% in 2024. The Toyota Hilux (+39.3%) is also very dynamic at #3. It’s a year to forget for the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 (-31.2%) down two spots to #4. The Hyundai ix35 (#9) and Suzuki Jimny (#10) make their appearance in the Top 10.
