Kuwait Full Year 2025: Toyota Land Cruiser threepeats at #1, improving to 7.3% share

152,879 new cars hit Kuwaiti roads in 2025, a splendid 15% year-on-year improvement. Market leader Toyota (+20%) manages to beat the market’s growth rate to lift its share from 27.9% to 29.2%. Nissan (+23.2%) and Mitsubishi (+38.8%) also widen their footprint to 9% and 6.9% respectively. Mechanically, Ford (+7.5%) and Kia (-7.5%) fall one spot to #4 and #5 respectively. Jetour (+60.7%) breaks into the Top 10 at #7 with 4.2% share, with Chevrolet (+29.9%) also impressive at #6. Notice also Haval up 7-fold to #17.
Model-wise, the Toyota Land Cruiser (+38.8%) climbs to 7.3% share vs. 6% last year to record a third consecutive annual win. The Toyota Prado (+116.1%) soars two spots to #2 while the Nissan Patrol (+23.6%) stays at #3. The Jetour T2 (+71.9%) is up 7 ranks to #4 just as the Nissan Sunny (+17.9%) rounds out the Top 5. #2 last year, the Ford Territory (-6.3%) falls to #6. Excellent score also for the Mitsubishi Outlander (+156.6%) up 18 spots to #8.
