Saudi Arabia November 2025: Hyundai places Accent at #1 and i10 at #4
Hyundai i10 sales more than double year-on-year in November.
New light vehicle sales in Saudi Arabia edge down -4.2% year-on-year in November to 76,653. The year-to-date tally however remains in positive territory at +4.5% to 773,557 units. Toyota (+2.8%) defies the negative trend and remains ultra dominant at 29.4% share vs. 28.3% so far this year. Hyundai (-0.2%) is stable at #2. In fact the entire Top 10 is identical to last month. MG (+28.1%) performs best followed by Ford (+6.2%) but these are the only two remaining manufacturers in positive. Indeed Isuzu (-23.7%), Kia (-17.9%), Mazda (-15.3%), Nissan (-9.9%), Changan (-9.2%) and Suzuki (-7.4%) all disappoint and fall faster than the market. Further down, notice Haval (+125.6%), Chevrolet (+53.6%), Jetour (+35.4%) and Mitsubishi (+16.2%) all posting fantastic scores. We welcome Soueast at #27 with 101 sales.
Model-wise, the Hyundai Accent (+36.4%) is #1 again at 6.1% share vs. 5.2% year-to-date. It is followed by by the Toyota Yaris Sedan (+25.4%) and Camry (+19.1%). Note that when adding the Camry HEV volume, counted separately, the Camry would be the most popular nameplate in the country. Outstanding result for the Hyundai i10 (+111.2%) up five spots on last month to #4 vs. #11 year-to-date. The Kia Pegas (+8.9%) rounds out the Top 5 above the Hyundai Elantra (#1 a year ago, -45.9%) and Suzuki Swift Dire (+5%). Below, the Nissan X-Trail (+183.6%) makes itself noticed at #11.
