Slovenia October 2025: VW T-Roc takes the lead

The VW T-Roc is the best-selling vehicle in Slovenia in October.

4,884 new cars found a buyer in Slovenia in October, a solid 8.3% year-on-year improvement. The year-to-date tally is also up 8.3% to 49,302. Volkswagen (+22.9%) delivers a splendid YoY gain to 17.6% share vs. 15.4% so far this year, to be contrasted with Skoda (-14.2%) down harshly to #2 and 10.2%. Renault (+8.6%) follows the market at #3 ahead of Toyota (-13.5%) and Hyundai (+26.9%). Audi (+21%) and Ford (+12%) also shine in the remainder of the Top 10 while Kia (+1.7%) is more shy and Dacia (-7%) skids. Peugeot (-49.4%) implodes to #10. Below, notice MG (+111.1%), Opel (+110.6%) and Jeep (+92.5%). Newcomer Leapmotor climbs to a record #18 with 1.4% share.

Over in the models aisle, the VW T-Roc (+279.1%) secures a 4th ever monthly win in Slovenia after April 2022, November 2022 and August 2023. It ranks #6 year-to-date vs. #14 over the Full Year 2024. Only four sales below is the Renault Clio (+6%), easily holding onto the YTD pole position with 4.3% share. The Skoda Octavia (-6%) rounds out the podium ahead of the Renault Captur (+19.4%) and a soaring VW Tiguan (+74.6%). The VW Taigo (+62.7%) and T-Cross (+10.1%) also impress below, just as the Skoda Kodiaq (-24.6%) and Kamiq (-24.2%) disappoint.
