Oman H1 2025: Toyota at 48.7% share, monopolises podium, Jetour T2 up to #4

The Toyota Hilux is the best-selling vehicle in Oman.

New vehicle sales in Oman are in great share halfway through the year at +17.8% to 36,393 units. Toyota (+7.3%) gobbles up a stunning 48.7% of the market, albeit in decline vs. the 53.4% it held over the First Half of 2024. Hyundai (+3.7%) also loses share at #2 while Isuzu (+22.1%) overtakes MG (-6.7%) to climb on the third step of the podium. Jetour (+239.3%) surges to 5th place overall with just under 5% share. The Chinese brand is less than 100 sales off a podium ranking. Nissan communicates its sales anew and lands directly at #6. No other Top 12 member beats the market. Geely (+92.9%) soars as do Ram (+127%) and Ford (+57%).

Over in the models ranking, the Toyota Hilux (+33.4%) passes the Land Cruiser (+3.8%) to grab the first spot with 13.8% share vs. 12.4% for the Land Cruiser. The Jetour T2 (+516.5%) shoot up to 4th place while the Toyota Ace (+25.5%) rounds out the Top 5. Notice also the Hyundai Accent up 72% to #10.
