In contrast with the rest of the world, the performance of the month is delivered by Tesla going from 0 sale in January to 3,310 and 3.6% share this month, cracking the Top 10 for the first time at #9. These are new ranking, volume and share records for the brand, eclipsing its previous best of #14 and 2.8% in September 2024 and 2,670 in June 2024. Note it is possible that January and February sales are combined together. BYD (+1074.1%) continues to gear up but drops three spots on January to #10.
Over in the Passenger Cars models ranking, the Toyota Corolla Sedan (+5%) snaps the top spot with 6% share, distancing the Renault Clio (-30.3%) down one rank to #2.
