Scotland (UK) Full Year 2024: Vauxhall Corsa lands 5th straight annual win

The Scottish new car market is up 3% year-on-year in 2024 to 167,734 units. Keep in mind this is a zoom in by nation with the overall UK market covered in our UK Full Year 2024 update. Despite dropping -13.1% year-on-year, the Vauxhall Corsa holds onto the pole position for the 5th consecutive year and the 14th time in the past 17 years. The Kia Sportage (+70.8%) soars three spots on last year to #2, dislodging the Ford Puma (-6.1%) down one to #3. The MG ZS (+44.5%) is up six ranks to #4 while the VW Polo enters the Top 10 at #5. The Volvo XC40, MG HS, VW Golf and BMW 1 Series also appear inside the Top 10.
