London (UK) Full Year 2021: Tesla Model 3 and Kia Niro top market up 8.3%

Thanks to our partnership with SMMT, we can share with you 2021 data for Greater London. This market is up a flamboyant 8.3% year-on-year to 70,966 registrations. The Tesla Model 3 (+44%) takes the overall lead wth 3.7% of the market vs. 2.8% last year. It is followed by the Kia Niro (+71.7%) posting an even more spectacular year-on-year uptick and up four spots to #2. The Mini (+6.5%) rounds out the podium like last yer, with the VW Polo (+52.5%) up five ranks to #4 and last year’s leader the Mercedes A-Class (-10.1%) down four to #5. The Toyota Yaris (+24.1%) advances one spot to #6 but the Nissan Qashqai (+6%) can’t match the market growth and dives three ranks to #7. The Toyota C-HR is new to the London Top 10 at #8.
