Bosnia & Herzegovina May 2021: Skoda Fabia teases Octavia for top spot

The Skoda Fabia misses out on a Bosnian monthly win for just one sale.

Based on data shared with us by our regional partner CE Auto, new car sales in Bosnia & Herzegovina rally back up 55.8% in May to 840 units, leading to a year-to-date total up 13% to 3.511. The Skoda Octavia (+25%) remains the best-seller in the country at 6% share but the Skoda Fabia (+512.5%) is breathing on its neck just one unit below. The VW Caddy (+20.7%) is up three spots on April to land on the third step of the podium, distancing the Dacia Duster (+126.7%) and Kia Sportage. These last three nameplates now also round out the year-to-date Top 5, though in a different order. The Skoda Scala is up two ranks on last month to #8 while the Peugeot Boxer makes its first appearance inside the Bosnian Top 10 at #10.
