Lithuania August 2020: Fiat (+68.6%), Toyota (+38.7%) ignore market down -7.3%
Fiat sales in Lithuania are up 68.6% year-on-year, but the large majority is re-exported.
The Lithuanian new car market has managed to contain its loss to -7.3% year-on-year in August at 3.397 units, leading to a year-to-date tally down -22.9% to 23.578. Fiat (+68.6%) and Toyota (+38.7%) ignore the negative trend and add up to 52.5% share, whereas Jeep (-71.9%), Volkswagen (-22.4%) and Skoda (-20.3%) freefall.
