Moldova April 2020: Toyota RAV4 #1, Haval H2 in Top 10 in market down -72.9%

Haval launched in Moldova in October 2019.

According to our Central European market data partner CE Auto, the Moldovan remains depleted by COVID-19 restrictions in April at -72.9% year-on-year to just 156 units, pulling the year-to-date tally down -35.2% to 1.270 sales. The Toyota RAV4 (-31.3%) surges to pole position with a whopping 14.1% share, snapping the year-to-date top spot off the Dacia Logan (-97.9%) in the process. The Dacia Duster and Iveco Daily complete the podium, with the Mercedes GLE and Toyota Land Cruiser also making a return inside the Top 10 and the BMW X6 and Haval H2 breaking into it for the first time. Haval launched in Moldova last October.
