The Honda Brio is the best-selling vehicle in Indonesia in November.
The Indonesian new vehicle market sinks -9.9% year-on-year in November to 90.798 units, leading to a year-to-date tally down -11.6% to 940.352. Brand leader Toyota (-9.4%) follows the market at 31.9% share, distancing Daihatsu (-11.2%), Honda (-4.1%), Suzuki (-0.3%) and Mitsubishi (-12.4%) which replicates the October Top 5. Wuling (+52.5%) once again posts the largest gain in the Top 10, climbing to 2.1% share, while Isuzu (+6.2%) is the only other Top 10 carmaker in positive. Further down, Renault (+3900%) thanks to the new Triber, Chevrolet (+154.9%), Dongfeng (+108.8%), Volkswagen (+75%), Mini (+70%), Lexus (+36%) and BMW (+28.2%) stand out. Model-wise, the Honda Brio (-9.3%) scores its 4th ever monthly crown, all in the past 13 months, cementing its YTD 2nd spot and distancing the Toyota Avanza (-10.4%) and Suzuki Carry Pikap (+9%) for the month. The Honda Mobilio (+26.9%), Daihatsu Sigra (+25.9%) and Toyota Rush (+11.3%) also shine below.
