Estonia October 2019: Fiat 500 leads market up 19.3%

The Fiat 500 is the best-selling vehicle in Estonia in October.

New car sales in Estonia gain 19.3% year-on-year in October to 2.057 registrations, leading to a year-to-date volume up 1.9% to 22.675. Toyota reclaims the lead of the brands charts it holds YTD by just 3 sales above Skoda, with Volkswagen remaining at #3 ahead of Renault and Kia. Fiat surges 21 spots on September to land in 6th place vs. #25 so far in 2019, while Dacia climbs back into the Top 10 at #10. Model-wise, the Fiat 500 is a surprise leader this month with 6.6% share, mostly due to a fleet purchase by the local car sharing app City Bee. The 500 edges past the YTD leader, the Toyota RAV4 (+68.4%) for just 2 sales, with last month’s leader the Skoda Octavia (+16.1%) taking third place. The Skoda Kodiaq accesses to the 5th spot YTD, with the Renault Captur remaining in the Top 10, something it hasn’t managed YTD.
