Renault remains the most popular carmaker in Uruguay despite a steep drop this month.
The Uruguayan new car market slows down its freefall in February at a still painful -9% to 3.130 units, meaning the year-to-date tally is now down 18.9% to 6.105. Just outside the Top 10, Dongfeng (+470%), Mitsubishi (+337.5%) and Kia (+259.1%) post spectacular gain, and Dongfeng goes against the overall Chinese direction which is at -17.1% to 8.3% share this month.
